Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p> <p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of senior associate to join our Depositary Client Management Team. This role is located in Dublin and is Hybrid.</span></p> <p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in some of the following ways: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Work closely with assigned lead manager in overseeing a portfolio of existing client relationships focusing on adherence to regulations, query management and collaboration with internal depositary operational teams.</span></li> <li><span>Collate and prepare all relevant information for inclusion in monthly service packs and quarterly board reports in a timely fashion and to a high standard for review by lead managers prior to sharing with clients/boards etc.</span></li> <li><span>Represent the Depositary in a knowledgeable and professional manner at client meetings and ad hoc calls.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor service quality, product performance, and overall client experience with a view to proactively anticipating potential issues</span></li> <li><span>Follow up with Relationship Managers on all aged invoices to determine when these will be settled and work with billing teams as required. </span></li> <li><span>Participate in issue resolution of moderately complex day-to-day issues and engage internal operational teams as necessary</span></li> <li><span>Build understanding of clients’ business, fund structures and delegates.</span></li> <li><span>Serve as the Depositary representative on projects to ensure successful outcome escalating if any non-standard features exist</span></li> <li><span>Engage in a culture of continuous service improvement, including digital adoption.</span></li> <li><span>Build relationships with business partners</span></li> </ul> <p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Strong knowledge and understanding of the Investment Funds Industry ideally from Depositary perspective</span></li> <li><span>Third level qualification to at least degree level preferably in business/legal related discipline.</span></li> <li><span>Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication and client relationship management skills.</span></li> <li><span>The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships, both internally and externally with our clients</span></li> <li><span>Apply a strong controls focus, and know when to escalate</span></li> </ul> <p><br/><span>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</span></p> <p><a href="https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span>BNY Newsroom</span></a></p> <p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><span>BNY LinkedIn </span></a></p> <p> </p> <p><span> Here’s a few of our recent awards: </span></p> <ul> <li><span>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</span></li> <li><span>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</span></li> <li><span>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</span></li> </ul> <p><br/><span>Our Benefits and Rewards:</span></p> <p><span>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
