Riverside Research is seeking full-time Senior Solutions Architects to support Director, Air Force Chief Data Office (SAF/CO) sponsored activities across the Air Force Enterprise to ensure the visibility, accessibility, understanding, sharing, and trustworthiness of data across air, space, and cyberspace domains. Candidates will provide subject matter expertise in and perform on multidisciplinary teams that support data preparation and architecture, development of agile algorithmic solutions, evaluate and/or execute data governance and data maturity models; and conduct data analytics using state of the art mathematical and machine learning/artificial intelligence techniques and other data analytic lines of research/effort. Positions will be at various CONUS Air Force installations and the National Capital Region.

This position can be based out of Boston MA, Hanscomb AFB MA, or Langley AFB VA.

Job Duties

• Responsible for the overall execution and organization of the development effort on large scale technology projects.
• Performs technical requirements gathering, use-case discovery and platform analysis, and generates substantiated technology and architecture recommendations.
• Responsible for defining and documenting all tools and technologies used to implement technology solutions. 

Required Qualifications:

• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Advanced degree may be substituted for 4 years of general experience.  
• 9+ years’ experience developing and leading large-scale technology engagements, and at least 4+ years’ experience doing so in data science applications preferably for a government agency in the intelligence or defense community.
• Familiarity with the manipulation of unstructured data in a data analytics environment, and the use of open-source tools, cloud computing, machine learning and data visualization.
• The ability to use/code in a language relevant to data analytics and the requirement and some knowledge of machine learning.
