Position Overview:

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals with consistency and speed. You’ll be responsible for preparing menu items to our high standards, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, and ensuring each guest receives a delicious plate every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook all menu items, including Grab and Go options, to Sapp Bros. specifications
• Operate kitchen equipment such as pressure fryers safely and efficiently
• Complete daily prep work, portioning, and line setup
• Monitor food safety by checking temperatures and completing required logs
• Maintain proper stock levels in coolers, freezers, and prep areas
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishwashing duties as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Support team members and complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a full-service kitchen or line cook position (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic cooking methods, tools, and ingredients
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
• A dependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Someone who maintains a clean, professional appearance and work environment
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
