Manufacturing Projects & Initiatives Manager

The Manufacturing Projects & Initiatives Managers will install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. They will supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. They will develop an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities and suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Manufacturing Projects & Initiatives Managers , you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of a facility, ensuring that the facility is properly maintained and in good working order. This includes coordinating routine maintenance, scheduling repairs, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Responsible for ensuring that machinery, facilities, and layout run efficiently and to their maximum output. This includes managing breakdowns of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Developing and managing budgets for facility needs, including repairs, renovations / long-term capital plans, and operational costs and tracking expenses, including cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
• Expertise in in predictive maintenance software and use technology like Predictive analytics, IoT sensors, and AI-driven systems monitor equipment in real-time, predicting potential failures and allowing for proactive maintenance.
• Implementing and managing facility-related technologies, such as security systems, HVAC, or energy management systems.

Feed your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing. Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Facility Management and Preventive Maintenance
