In this role, you’ll play an important part in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. You’ll assist with preparing treatment areas, supporting patient mobility, and completing administrative tasks that help the team run smoothly. Through attentive care, ongoing observation, and clear communication, you’ll build strong, trusting relationships with patients, their families or support systems, and the healthcare team. You’ll work in an environment that prioritizes safety, privacy, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations—allowing you to focus on providing compassionate, dependable care.Job Description:

EDUCATION:
HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
1 year of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.
Professional communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/ collaboration, customer service and community relations.
Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.

Pay Range is $28.65 to $35.81 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
