Business Coach (retail) needed in Columbia for the Women's Business Center to provide coaching to potential and existing retail business owners who are participants of The Shops at Sharp End. Assist in setting the strategic direction of the Missouri Women's Business Center (MoWBC) and maintaining compliance with funding sources. Coordinate and supervise volunteers including office workers and workshop presenters. Promote The Shops at Sharp End and MoWBC by participating in events and groups, speaking in public as needed. Part-time with an average of 25 hours per week. Very flexible schedule with approximately 25% evening/weekend hours required. Pay is $19 per hour or more based on qualifications.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer experience as a retail business owner/entrepreneur.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, communications, social work, or related field preferred or a combination of related experience and education.
- Experience presenting to adults is preferred.
