Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing Small Business products, services, and strategies to clients over the phone. Key responsibilities include acquiring and deepening client relationships with a focus on client delight and retention through inbound calls and referrals and opening deposit accounts, treasury, and payroll referrals from the financial centers. Job expectations include collaborating with sales and support partners across the enterprise to deliver a seamless one-team approach and working on strategic alliance leads (LegalZoom, IncFile, etc.) to earn new business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides Small Business products, services, and strategies to clients through telephone channel
  • Listens and understands client needs to acquire and deliver financial solutions
  • Focuses on client delight and relationship retention
  • Delivers sales and support and partners across the enterprise
  • Delivers accounts for Small Business clients
  • Manages a portfolio of clients for a 30-90 day sales cycle
  • Manages through change

Required Qualifications:

  • Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients through relationship deepening conversations
  • Commitment to teamwork and the flexibility to work the schedule
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently and multitask in a high call volume environment
  • Ability to engage with clients, begin a conversation and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language and building rapport
  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with cross-selling, upselling and/or referring products
  • Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
