About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced individual to lead our Performance & Talent Review, Employee Engagement, and DE&I initiatives. You will optimize our performance review processes, analyze data to drive improvements, manage employee engagement programs while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
What you get to do every day
- Oversee and enhance performance & talent review processes
- Develop tools and resources to support effective performance management
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Lead employee engagement programs and analyze survey data
- Design and manage recognition programs
- Provide support and advocacy for DE&I initiatives
- Develop and manage communication strategies for People team initiatives
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for managers and employees on performance management processes, feedback delivery, and goal setting
What you bring to the role
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or related fields
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
- Proven program management experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans $105,000 - $115,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region.
