Description
As a Technical Product Specialist (m/f/d), you play a pivotal role in ensuring that our chemical metrology systems are understood, applied, and operated at their highest potential. You are the technical backbone for both internal teams and customers: developing and refining training materials, explaining complex measurement methods, and supporting users in troubleshooting, maintenance, and application optimization.

Role Responsibilities
- You develop, maintain, and optimize technical training materials for our chemical metrology systems – in collaboration with the Field Service Engineers and the Service Director.
- You conduct customer and internal trainings – on‑site, in the lab/cleanroom, or remotely – communicating complex technical content clearly and in a practical, hands‑on manner.
- You analyze service cases, customer feedback, and system usage to derive improvements for training materials, service processes, and product specifications.
- You explain product functions, chemical measurement methods, troubleshooting, and maintenance steps in a clear, application‑oriented way.
- You work in direct exchange with customers, gather requirements, and derive optimization proposals for service products and internal trainings.
Requirements
- Completed technical studies or technical training in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
- Solid understanding of chemical processes and measurement methods, ideally with a connection to chemical metrology.
- Strong ability to present complex technical content in a clear and understandable way, as well as experience conducting technical trainings.
- Excellent teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills when working with Field Service Engineers, service management, and customers, along with a structured, service‑oriented approach to work.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in the areas of process chemistry, metrology, or technical service.
