About the role

Job Summary: 

The Field Marketing Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting the District Managers and Corporate Talent Acquisition Team throughout the candidate onboarding and training process. This position assists candidates who have accepted verbal offers by helping ensure all onboarding documentation and virtual corporate training requirements are completed accurately and timely. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruiting, field marketing, outreach, or human resources support and possess strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • None 

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist hiring managers with staffing and onboarding coordination needs.  
  • Track candidate pipelines through proactive communication and follow-up.  
  • Manage onboarding paperwork and scheduling requirements.  
  • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.  
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation within Trinity Solar’s applicant tracking system.  
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.  
  • Conduct phone screens as needed.  
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Field Marketing teams.  
  • Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.  
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.  
  • Strong customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.  
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.  
  • Ability to learn and utilize applicant tracking systems; familiarity with ADP ATS preferred. 

Education and Experience: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 1–3 years of recruiting, outreach, field marketing, or human resources support experience preferred.  
  • Previous experience in high-volume appointment setting and/or recruiting preferred. 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
