Director, Solution Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver supply chain design solutions using Coupa Technologies and a host of innovative Coupa product offerings
• Understand key supply chain performance levers (i.e. on-time delivery, cost, inventory management, feasibility, etc.) and seek solutions to improve these metrics
• Provide structured and creative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings with clients
• Lead the development of modeling approaches in partnership with experienced solution architects
• Develop, manage, and track metrics for the team
• Provide leadership, direction and feedback to project staff
• Provide career coaching, guidance and professional development and performance feedback to assigned consultants
• Maintain appropriate communication with stakeholders including regular status reporting
• Identify and raise and issues that may impact project quality, scope, timing, or cost
• Guarantee successful deliveries
• Manage project close-out and final reviews
• Engage Customer and supporting Back sell
