This position will be based at the BorgWarner Arden facility in Western North Carolina and will transition to a new facility in Hendersonville, NC. This position will involve frequent travel to customer sites as needed.

The position will be responsible for diagnosing & repairing, commissioning and performing maintenance on the customer’s equipment, including troubleshooting with high voltages and high power. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintenance and commissioning on designated equipment that operate at high power and voltage levels.
• Order and manage repair parts
• Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure they are properly calibrated.
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
• Maintain metrics in specified area and drive for adherence to goals. 
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service issues.
• Transport material as required using proper handling methods.
• Keep work area in orderly condition with respect to proper materials, tools, equipment, and personal belongings.  (Includes cleaning of equipment, floors,
