Body Design Specialist

This position will plan, coordinate, monitor, track progress, and cost of new and existing monster truck body development.  This key role in our organization requires a proactive planner that will successfully execute cost-effective projects with deadlines.    

Essential Functions

• Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate project execution, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and present project reports, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations
• Assist safety with OSHA compliance in Fleet Operations
• Coordinate project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
• Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned 
• As other duties are assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Project Management in an Organizational setting.
• Skills & Abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent time management and must possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including superior customer service.
• Proficient with Smartsheet and Gantt Charts 
• Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others
• Ability to work under pressure with a heightened sense of urgency.
• Ability to prioritize duties for effective and successful events.  
• Availability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends, dependent upon business demands. 
• Always demonstrate positive and professional behavior towards clients and co-workers. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be a team player. 
• Must be dedicated, reliable, and punctual.
