This role is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving global operations related to production, warehousing, and logistics - ensuring efficiency, consistency, and strong operational performance throughout the supply chain.</span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>The Global Supply Chain Manager is a new role, and the candidate will be a key player in forming and establishing our future global supply chains.<br/>    <br/> You would also: </span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals, focusing on cost, efficiency, and risk.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Set targets and track key supply chain KPIs to steer performance across the business area.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Manage end-to-end supply chain operations - from procurement and production to logistics and delivery.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Collaborate with teams across production, procurement, logistics, sales, and R&amp;D to ensure alignment.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, supplier management, and the Sales &amp; Operations Planning process.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span>The role involves travel to our different business units and our suppliers, where the majority are located in Europe.</span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>You will report to <span>VP and Head of Operations Senior Care.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>  <br/> <b>The skills and experience you need </b><br/> We are looking for someone who: </span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>has 5+ years of experience in global supply chain roles, with solid knowledge of sourcing, production, warehousing, and logistics; experienced in building international supply chains.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>preferably has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and/or supply chain management.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>has a strong project and process mapping skills; and is familiar with quality tools such as for example 5S, FMEA, 8D and LEAN.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Is proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP S4 HANA.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Is fluent in English (spoken and written); Swedish, Dutch and/or German is a plus.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span>The ideal candidate possesses strong management skills and is capable of driving initiatives and projects, including leading change management efforts.
