Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! This entry level position will support projects in our Administrative Services team. 

As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Work with staff to accomplish tasks
• May assist with projects activities
• Performs necessary support duties
• Prepares presentations
• Prepares all project meeting notes

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or bachelor's degree
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Coordinating and preparing communications across internal organizations
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office suite
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
