<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>Help build the next-generation colleague experience at the LEGO Group.</p><p></p><p>As a Senior Engineer in Connected Colleague eXperience, you’ll help architect and deliver a system where intuitive UI and GenAI-powered chat work seamlessly together – so colleagues can complete everyday tasks quickly and with few frustrations. The goal is to create a unified front door to multiple enterprise systems, eliminating the need for employees to juggle fragmented tools while providing conversational assistance enriched with LEGO Group-specific data, workflows, and guardrails.</p><p></p><p>As a team member you will be working together with a product manager and designers, to help set the technical direction for a reliable, scalable, compliant and user-friendly solution that boosts productivity and removes friction.</p><p></p><p>Take part in shaping the technical foundation behind how LEGO colleagues experience and interact with our digital workplace. You’ll help drive engineering excellence, scalability, and innovation across the Connected Colleague Experience ecosystem.</p><p></p><p><i>*Please note that no relocation support is offered for this position*</i></p><p></p><h1><b>Core Responsibilities </b></h1><ul><li><p>Architect, build, and evolve colleague-facing platforms and services that simplify daily tasks, improve collaboration, and enhance overall productivity. Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable (Our favorite tech stack is: TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, AWS, Pulumi, React and React Native)</p></li><li><p>Partner with product and data teams to explore and implement emerging AI technologies that create smarter, more adaptive colleague experiences – especially GenAI using an LLM</p></li><li><p>Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across domains to deliver cohesive, intuitive solutions that align with our enterprise ecosystem and technology standards</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching to engineers within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership</p></li><li><p>Proactively address technical debt, performance challenges, and security considerations while maintaining a focus on reliability and long-term maintainability. You’ll help define and deliver scalable solutions, guide technical direction, and ensure that our products are reliable, secure, and easy to use.</p><p>By working closely with product and design partners, you’ll turn ideas into practical, high-quality solutions that improve the digital colleague experience and support the LEGO Group’s broader digital transformation.</p><p></p><h1><b>Do you have what it takes? </b></h1><p>We’re looking for a technically strong, Senior Engineer who thrives on building high-quality digital experiences that truly empower colleagues.
