Job Description

As part of the HR Business Partnering team, reporting to the VP, HR Business Partnering, you will support the daily HR operations and the end-to-end employee life cycle. 

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
• Deliver HR services effectively and efficiently and resolve any HR issues within the business unit.
• Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle HR transactions.
• Assist in implementing HR strategy and executing supporting programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Human Resource or any related field.
• Passion for learning different areas of Human Resources function.
• Good team play with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast-moving organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
