Senior/Principal DevOps Engineer

We are now looking for a Senior/Principal DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This key role will help shape the architecture, design, and development of our platform, driving innovation while ensuring the highest technical standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and managing our DevOps tools: You'll design and build the CI/CD pipelines, getting all the automation and cool tools in place.
• Making our software releases faster and smoother: Automating all the tedious tasks and pushing for better ways to get our software live.
• Handling our cloud setup: You'll be in charge of our cloud resources, making sure everything's scalable, reliable, and secure without breaking the bank.
• Keeping an eye on things and fixing issues: Monitoring our systems, jumping in when things go wrong, and figuring out how to prevent them from happening again.
• Working closely with the development teams: Helping them write better code and make sure releases go off without a hitch.
• Making sure everything's secure: Implementing security best practices and keeping our systems protected.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest tech: Always learning new things and finding ways to improve our processes.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, successfully delivering complex, high-quality projects on schedule.
• Proven ability to thrive in roles requiring cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Deep expertise in data structures, algorithms, modern design patterns, and data architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and the design of high-scale, high-availability services.
• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful, large-scale projects involving PII and banking information with a focus on security and compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for bringing clarity and insight to collaborative projects.
