Reporting to the Director of Technical Program Management, you will own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives: keeping programs and projects on track, risks visible, and teams aligned.</p> <p>This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of Product and Engineering; perfect for someone who thrives in complexity, moves fast without losing rigor, and knows how to hold a program together across multiple teams. You will be a trusted partner to engineering leads and product managers, ensuring the right things get built the right way.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned cross-functional programs through the entire lifecycle. </li> <li>Build and maintain project and program roadmaps that give stakeholders clear visibility into priorities, dependencies, milestones, and risks.</li> <li>Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales through structured planning cycles, reviews, and release coordination.</li> <li>Apply and contribute to FORT’s program management processes and tooling: keeping things lean, repeatable, and audit-ready.</li> <li>Identify and proactively resolve blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints before they become delivery risks.</li> <li>Partner with engineering leads and product managers to ensure customer commitments are scoped, tracked, and met.</li> <li>Provide timely, accurate program status updates to teams, stakeholders, and leadership to enable faster, better-informed deci
