As a Lead Educator, you'll supervise classroom activities, create a safe and nurturing environment, and implement engaging learning experiences based on NAEYC guidelines. You’ll also support children’s development and serve as a role model for staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role? Ideally, you are:

  • Experienced in early childhood education with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Holding an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledgeable about child development, classroom management, and best practices
