What You Can Expect
As Head of Business Development Power Networks US, you will lead the development of Networks GBU in the USA, ensuring growth, operational performance, and financial results in line with ENGIE’s best practices and governance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and developing power networks in the US, through auctioning and potential acquisitions
- Collaborating with the Flexible Generation and Renewables Teams to study congestion risks in their critical areas
You will plan, organize, execute, and monitor activities in the US, ensuring efficient communication with ENGIE entities, promoting company growth, including building partnerships and focusing on R&D and innovation. As a member of ENGIE Networks Americas, you will lead the Networks-GBU development team in the US, setting goals, objectives, and accountabilities.
What You’ll Bring

Minimum Engineering, Business Administration or Economics bachelor’s degree or related fields of work
- Minimum fifteen (15) years in energy / natural gas sector
- Knowledge of power market drivers globally
- Experience in Power auctions processes
- Experience in business development
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be available to travel domestically / internationally up to 25% of the time.
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies;
- This position consist of 10% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions
Compensation
Salary Range: $171,700.00– $286,200.00 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
