Party Host

KidZania is looking for you to join our team! We're looking to fill all shifts, both weekdays and weekends! Want to work in a fun-filled environment with a team that’s focused on excitement, education, and entertainment? Come join the KidZania team!

As a Party/Event Host, you will be responsible for creating a fun experience for our visitors for their party or event while following the company’s policies and procedures.

• Setting up party rooms to create a relaxed and positive environment
• Greet and direct guests to their party room
• Maintaining control and timing of the party
• Serving food/beverages to guests
• Organizing gifts (from guests’ arrival to departure)
• Answering guest’s questions and concerns in a polite and respectful manner
• Follow all safety measures
• Cleaning and resetting party rooms

• Create a fun and exciting atmosphere
• Exhibit positive attitude, patience, and care
• Must be friendly, punctual, and reliable
• Can communicate effectively
• Have a strong focus on customer service

Schedules/Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

• Day shift (Primarily Weekends during the school year, or Weekdays during school Holidays)
• Morning shift (Primarily on Weekdays During Field Trips during the school year)
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability Preferred
• Weekends only

Pay Details - Starting Base Pay is based on prior experience, with the ability to earn raises as you grow within KidZania. Also, Party Hosts have the capacity to earn Tips as well.
