The Senior Recruiter is responsible for bringing your full cycle recruiting experience to successfully staff your assigned markets in a high-volume capacity. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a key contributor to the business by connecting with your hiring managers and other store operations partners to secure the top talent while we provide you with tools needed to help you flourish in your career.

What You’ll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process for the store representatives in our TitleMax, TitleBucks, and InstaLoan locations within an assigned geographic area using our Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS.
- Build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates by using diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, functioning as a strategy expert on attracting new candidates and leads, particularly to improve quality and source-of-hire in challenging territories and in new market launches.
- Participate in social networking channels to boost engagement and employment brand awareness, as well as to increase applicant flow.
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers in designated territories for strategic planning partnerships, to drive employee referrals, and provide an excellent experience to Hiring Managers and candidates alike throughout the recruitment process.
- Report on staffing levels, open requisitions, and position activity to both Hiring Managers and the Recruiting Management Team, effectively communicating and meeting hiring goals and monthly performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Strong sales presence
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to consistently perform and meet goals using established processes and procedures
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
- 4-year college degree
- Demonstrated knowledge of full cycle recruiting or staffing
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, various sourcing strategies, and recruiting methods
