Clinical Assistant - Dental Clinic

Find your purpose as a Clinical Assistant at our Willmar - Rice Memorial location! You will work with our Dental team to assist in making our patients' experience a safe and enjoyable one. This position provides sterile processing of dental instruments, decontamination, and set-up of dental treatment rooms. This position also aids dental students, dental therapy students, faculty and/or licensed dental staff in services rendered to patients. This role may potentially lead someone to another career in the dental field. 

Schedule

• Casual hours - various shifts as needed

• Monday-Thursday (8AM-4:30PM), Fridays (8AM-1PM)

Pay 

• Starting pay begins at $18.38 per hour and increases with experience

  • Pay range:  $17.95-27.61 per hour

   

Qualifications

• Diploma High School graduate
• CPR certification 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Certified Medical Assistant Preferred or
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Preferred and
• Dental coursework preferred.
• Experience in a dental office or medical facility preferred.
• Medical and dental terminology knowledge.  
• Infection control practices and OSHA regulations.
