Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals.
• Collaborate with team members or work independently, depending on assignments.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work 5 to 6 days a week and up to 10+ hours a day as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment/post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check.
