The Part Time Certified Group Fitness Instructor role is responsible for leading safe, effective, and motivating group fitness classes for participants of all fitness levels. This role combines expertise in functional training, group exercise techniques, and personalized coaching to create an engaging and results-driven experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Design and deliver dynamic group fitness classes following best practices and safety guidelines.
Demonstrate proper form and technique for all exercises, ensuring participant safety and effectiveness.
Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate varying fitness levels and special populations.
Inspire and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and energy.
Maintain a clean, organized workout environment and ensure equipment is properly set up and maintained.
Stay current with fitness trends

QualificationsRequired Certifications:


Group Fitness Certification (ACE, ACSM, NASM, or equivalent).
CPR/AED and First aide Certification.


Preferred Skills:


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create inclusive, high-energy classes.

Experience with functional training and injury prevention strategies.


Ability to adapt to changing needs of facility 



Work Environment: 



Requires physical mobility and the ability to demonstrate and assist with exercises. 


1-3 hours a week, morning and/or evening class
