The LDF Position
Sunnova Energy is searching for a Leadership Development Facilitator to deliver and enhance training programs that drive organizational growth and employee development. This multifaceted role requires the use of various training methodologies and techniques, along with adept leadership skills, to create a psychologically safe learning environment that maximizes the effectiveness of training programs. 

LDF Responsibilities

• Delivers training sessions with dynamic facilitation techniques, fostering interactive discussions and active participation while integrating content seamlessly. 
• Uses a diverse range of training methodologies, techniques, and concepts to deliver impactful training programs that cater to different learning preferences.
• Employs a variety of learning tools and materials, including Learner Guides and Facilitator Guides, to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement.  
• Creates a psychologically safe learning environment, fostering open communication and promoting active participation among participants. 
• Bridges third-party content and Sunnova-specific context using personal leadership experiences and stories.
• Adapts facilitation approaches to address audience dynamics, ensuring participants connect with translated content effectively. 
• Designs assessments that gauge the application of translated content in real-world scenarios, measuring participant readiness for practical implementation. 

Minimum Requirements

• Education required: Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years’ experience managing direct reports
• 3+ years’ experience in learning facilitation

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Trainer or similar certificate

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience facilitating Franklin Covey or similar leadership content
• Expertise in delivering virtual and in-person learning

Working Conditions

• Remote position
• Some travel required (less than 25%)
