We Are - Accenture Integrated Platform Team (IPT) works with local Accenture teams across Europe in strategic deals and engagements providing SAP market differentiation skills and industry specialization. Accenture is looking for an SAP expert to be based in Europe.

You will - Join our pan European teams of SAP and insurance specialists, in this role your responsibilities would include:

• Supporting the client account teams across Europe to shape SAP deals, participate in pre-sales, recommend roadmaps, analyze, design and deliver creative and innovative solutions tailored to client needs in the area of Insurance Core Processes

• Define business cases and then to taking those through sales and into delivery

• Lead, coach and advise project team members to deliver high quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and assets

• Helping our clients on implementation projects

• Keep up to date with current developments and trends in related SAP modules with roadmaps and features

• Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients

Necessary Skills / Experience:

• Experience in the insurance industry

•  Solid knowledge of designing and implementing digital transformations with SAP for Core Insurance with a focus on business process improvement and/or supporting technical solutions (e.g. product management and/or policy management and/or claims/benefits, and/or commissions, and/or finance & accounting).

• SAP-accredited or certified experience in one of the following areas: Insurance, Banking, Lending

• Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration, S4 (SAP HANA) experience would be a plus

• You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation, and you are ready to partner at client sites. Proficiency in English is mandatory, proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

• Travel may be required to client or other Accenture sites up to 100%
