$17.80 - $22.30 / per hour

Job Description:

What You'll Do:

• Performs routine maintenance and repair on warehouse doors, dock levelers, bailers and compactors according to service, quality and safety standards
• Responsible for performing installs, inspections and repairs to mechanical, electrical, and HAVC systems.
• Complete welding and plumbing projects as assigned
• Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks within the designated time-frame
• Assists with miscellaneous facility projects, including but not limited to painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture, products or materials.
• Works with or assists contractors to complete projects or complex repairs. 
• Use of Maintenance Software system, utilize maintenance equipment to complete assignments.
• Perform Lockout/Tagout

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in dock door levelers, welding, electrical and plumbing
• Ability to perform forklift, bailer and compactor repair and maintenance
• Able to work non-traditional shifts and hours, including but not limited to weekends, and holidays.
• Preventative maintenance experience
• HVAC, ice machines, generator and fire pumps repair and maintenance a definite plus
• CPR/First Aid Certified or ability to obtain certification through company provided training.
• Maintenance experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Ability to be become certified to troubleshoot and operate forklifts/power equipment.
