Cultural Partnerships Coordinator (Contract)
Wispr FlowAbout the role
About Wispr
Wispr Flow is making it as effortless to interact with your devices as talking to a close friend.
Today, Wispr Flow is the first voice dictation platform people use more than their keyboards — because it understands you perfectly on the first try. It’s context-aware, personalized, and works anywhere you can type, on desktop or phone.
In 2026, in addition to dictation, we're focused on building native actions — an agentic framework that understands you, and works reliably.
We’re a team of AI researchers, designers, growth experts, and engineers rethinking human-computer interaction from the ground up. We value high-agency teammates who communicate openly, obsess over users, and sweat the details. We thrive on spirited debate, truth-seeking, and real-world impact.
We've grown our revenue +150% every quarter for the last 4 quarters, and have raised $81M from Tier 1 VC firms and other well-known angels.
The role
Wispr Flow is building a celebrity and cultural partnership program from scratch, and we need help. Your job is simple to say and hard to do: when a plan turns into a list of things that have to happen in the real world, you're the one who makes them happen, on time, and nobody has to check.
Quick examples could include onboarding new evangelists, sending a gift basket to a celebrity investor or jumping on a real-time cultural marketing moment before it slips by.
This is a ground-floor coordinator seat, which means two things. It's execution-heavy, and it grows fast. Early on you're hands-on with the small stuff, because the team under you doesn't exist yet. You'll pack the box, book the courier, chase the vendor, and keep a lot of threads warm across a lot of time zones. As the program grows, so does the role, and there's a real path into producing bigger moments yourself.
What you'll help run day to day...
The evangelist machinery - Our evangelists are multi-hyphenates who loved Flow before we ever spoke, and they carry us into rooms we'd never reach on our own. Keeping the machinery around them running is the most constant work in the program. You get a new signing set up so their accounts, gear, and welcome pieces land before they think to ask. You coordinate shoot dates, stage appearances, and content deadlines across time zones. Before someone walks into a room you send the prep brief, and after you collect the photos, clips, and results. When something's due, you're the one chasing it, and you chase in a way that makes people like us more, not less.
The gifting - Gifting is our love language, and we're talking about sourcing and producing high-end custom pieces, not typical merch. Personal gift baskets for celebrity investors where each one feels made for that person and nothing is copy-pasted. The gracious thank-you that goes to a podcaster who hosted one of our execs. You don't have to design every piece from scratch on day one, but you have the eye to tell a gift that lands from one that's forgettable.
Real-time activation - When something breaks (a celebrity posts about us, a competitor stumbles, a cultural moment cracks a door open) the idea dies if nobody can execute it that same day. You're the one who makes it real: pull the vendor, source the thing, ship the gift, stand up the physical moment, all on a same-day or next-day clock. You don't have to come up with the idea. When one lands, you're the reason it ships before the moment passes.
Sourcing, vendors, and production - Finding and managing the makers, fabricators, fulfillment partners, and couriers. Negotiating with vendors and keeping activation budgets to the number. Building the vendor bench so we're not starting from zero every time.
One-off builds - Helping produce the partnership moments that have no template. You’ll be a part of early brainstorming and, once a concept is set, you're the one who turns it into a real thing that happens.
Keeping the program on the rails - Someone has to hold the master view: what's due when across every partner and time zone, what each activation is costing against budget, which promo codes and results are coming back. That's you. You keep the trackers current and pull the numbers together so the team can see the whole board at a glance. This spans project management, analytics, record-keeping, etc.
Keeping the day-to-day moving - Until the team expands, you're the person who keeps everything ticking: fulfillment runs, coordinating across teams and time zones, jumping on the small operational things that make the program work. This part shrinks as we build the team, and you'll help s
