Drybar Ashburn at One Loudoun is looking for an outgoing, confident, and customer-oriented in Action team player to join us as a Bartender (Drybar's term for front desk + sales associates). 💛 What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first and last impression—greet every client with warmth and personality

• Educate clients on membership benefits, add-ons, and styling products

• Drive sales by matching products and services with each guest’s needs

• Manage appointments, process check-ins/outs, and support the flow of the shop

• Assist stylists, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every visit is smooth and memorable

Day-In-A-Life: Bartender

Being a Drybar Bartender is not like being your average receptionist, nor is it like being your average bartender. At Drybar, our Bartenders can make 0r break our client’s experience and there is a lot riding on your attentiveness, kindness, and leadership within the shop. You help the team stay on time, grant or decline exceptions for reservations, and you drive our business when the Shift Lead or Shop Manager are not in shop. But we know you’ve got this, that’s why you’re here!

Responsibilities

Job Summary / Purpose

As a Bartender, you are responsible for providing excellent client experiences,facilitating shop flow, following Bartender Non-Negotiables and reporting daily salesresults. We expect our Bartenders to be committed to contributing to the success of theteam and the shop.

 

Essential Job Functions

❖ Lead client experience from check in to check out ensuring Drybar standards are upheld❖ Check clients in and out through Booker❖ Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylist tips/commissions❖ Troubleshoot any Booker issues and make changes to client profiles when needed❖ Manage Phones and ensure all Voicemail messages are answered in a timely fashion❖ Elevate scheduling concerns to Customer Service team when necessary❖ Check notes section of Booker for any special client requests
