Job Description

Deloitte is a market leader in Sweden, collaborating with decision-makers in both global and local organisations. As a consultant within Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions, you will be part of a team with diverse backgrounds and expertise in Banking & Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, and Insurance. 

You will help clients in the financial industry innovate and transform their organisations, core business systems and business models. This includes driving business transformation, consolidating, or implementing new systems and processes, implementing new regulations in operations and IT systems, driving strategic cost optimisations, improving operational efficiency, designing and implementing new operating models and leading large-scale multi-unit transformations. 

Qualifications

Requirements to succeed in this role: 

• 2-6 years' experience from a leading Management Consulting firm, and/or from a line organisation within the Financial Services Industry  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree within relevant fields 

You should be able to demonstrate experience from one or several of the following areas: 

• Project management, program management or product management  

• Business development or change initiatives 

• The intersection between business and IT, including system implementation, system migration and vendor selection 

• Regulatory transformation 

• Operating model transformation 

• Agile methodology 

As a person, we believe you are outgoing and enjoy working in teams. You are analytical, highly driven, enjoy working with and solving complex problems, and thrive in an environment focused on feedback and development. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
