About the role
To lead and evolve Stellantis’ global brand tracking and analysis capabilities, ensuring a deep understanding of brand perception, positioning, and potential. This role will be instrumental in shaping strategic brand decisions by leveraging customer insights, qualitative research, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Tracking Management
- Own and manage the global brand tracking survey and tool across markets
- Ensure consistency, relevance, and strategic alignment of KPIs
- Translate tracking results into actionable insights for brand and product teams.
- Qualitative Research Leadership
- Design and oversee qualitative studies to explore current and potential brand territories.
- Identify emotional and cultural drivers of brand perception.
- Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact research.
- Brand Architecture & Positioning
- Structure and evolve the analytical framework for brand positioning.
- Define and refine brand value models and perception maps.
- Support brand teams in aligning product and communication strategies with brand identity
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Clinic/Product research department to assess future product contribution to brand equity.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Communication teams to ensure brand coherence.
- Strategic Insight Generation
- Synthesize customer knowledge into strategic recommendations
- Develop a robust framework to evaluate Brand value/equity based on tangible and intangible attributes
- Present findings to senior leadership and global brand teams
- Contribute to long-term brand strategy development

- Brand CEO / Corporate functions/ CMO / Regional Brands leaders
- External partners
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in brand research, tracking, strategic marketing roles or related fields
- Proven background in customer research and brand analysis (automotive experience not mandatory).
- International experience and cross-cultural sensitivity are essential
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
- Experience in the U.S.OEMs/ brands
