Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Short-Stay
DeaconessAbout the role
Every breakthrough in cardiac care starts with a team that's ready to make it happen.
The Cardiovascular Specialty Services (CVSS) team is at the center of some of the most advanced heart and vascular procedures performed at Deaconess. From heart catheterizations and structural heart procedures to pacemaker implants, ablations, cardioversions, and CABG recoveries, CVSS nurses play a critical role in preparing, recovering, monitoring, and supporting patients throughout their cardiac journey.
This is a fast-paced specialty area where nurses gain exposure to cutting-edge cardiovascular treatments and technologies while working alongside highly skilled physicians and multidisciplinary teams. No two days are the same as you'll care for patients undergoing a wide variety of procedures designed to improve—and often save—their lives.
What makes CVSS unique is the opportunity to combine specialized cardiac knowledge with meaningful patient interaction, all while being part of a team that's shaping the future of cardiovascular care.
If you're fascinated by cardiac medicine, enjoy a dynamic environment, and want to be part of some of healthcare's most innovative procedures, CVSS is the place for you.
