The position

As an Associate Manager in Production Support in Calibration and Electricity, your purpose is to provide technical support for production within refrigeration, ventilation, and mechanical maintenance.  Your main tasks are:

•  Lead, coach, and motivate the team to contribute actively and constructively to the challenges.

•  Set directions and prioritize, be present and visible as a leader.

•  Ensure that the team meets planned deadlines and that you always have the most efficient workflows via continuous development and optimization.

 

We use cLEAN® as an important tool to achieve our ambitious goals, and via daily board meetings, you follow up on your team's performance and make the necessary priorities.

You will be part of a well-functioning and strong professional team, which is characterized by constant development, cross-functional cooperation, and continuous development.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you:

• Have an academic technical education in electricity combined with a few years of working with electricity.

• Management experience.

•  You thrive on taking responsibility, setting direction and developing people to perform at their best.

•  You speak, read and write fluently in both Danish and English.

 

As a manager, you must be able to challenge, inspire and develop – both your employees and the team as a whole. You get good opportunities for close sparring with your team leader colleagues both in PP Production Support and across PP.

 

About the department

Purification Plants Production Support consists of 120 employees divided into four teams: Calibration, EL and SAP support - Technical Support - Utility/RVS Support – RVS. The department's primary goal is to ensure stable production and good quality in everything we do in PP. We are innovative and optimize our processes through data. Moreover, we have six 3D printers which are always developing or testing new exciting solutions – not only for the benefit of Purification Plants but also across Novo Nordisk Manufacturing in Kalundborg.
