Job Description

• Plan and design efficient utilization of workplace space and facilities.

• Coordinate and implement remodeling and workplace improvement projects.

• Oversee layout planning and execution for furniture, equipment, and office moves.

• Manage workplace experience initiatives focused on enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.

• Lead and manage projects independently with minimal supervision.

• Review and provide coaching to junior team members.

• Address complex and challenging workplace management problems.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience in workplace or facilities management.

• Advanced knowledge of space planning, office remodeling, and workplace improvement strategies.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects from planning to execution.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Experience mentoring or supervising lower-level professionals.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities for difficult or nuanced workplace issues.
