Position Summary: The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and day-to-day operations of the 102-key SpringHill Suites Jacksonville Deerwood, a Marriott-branded select-service hotel. This role provides strategic direction to all hotel departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong associate engagement, brand compliance, and achievement of revenue and profitability goals. The General Manager will lead the property’s sales, operations, and financial initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record of driving hotel performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding results in guest satisfaction, market share, and profitability. The General Manager is expected to meet all company standards and lead the 5 Key Drivers identified by the management company.
