You Are: The CSSO for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities and secure facilities. CPSO for Special Access Program (SAP) activities and secure facilities.
The work:
- Responsible for security operations and response for offices in Northern VA.
- Candidate would be expected to work on site. Responsible for full-service DoD/IC support and Industrial Security compliance for related AFS programs, customers, contracts and clients.
- Provide direct support for facility security, visit certifications, document control, physical security, including alarm responses.
- Conduct self-inspections; manage preparations for and support security inspections and audits by government security personnel.
- Routinely interact with both internal and external customers in support of program-related activities.
- Maintain SAPF and SCIF accreditation, integrity and all associated requirements for monitoring and response
- Responsible for integration with ISSM for installation and accreditation of client systems
- Provide guidance, oversee, and direct SAPF or SCIF construction
- Provide proposal response write-up and guidance
- Responsible for program engagement, collaboration, integration and reporting across the Corporate Security Directorate,
- Responsible for drafting, maintaining and updating all program security records, required updates, incident reports, investigations and findings.
- Maintaining required clearance level and access to client IT related networks for performance of duties
Here’s What You Need:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Possess TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 6+ years of industrial security experience with the Intelligence Community
- Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), ICD 705, ICD 704, DoDD 5205.07, and other government security policies and directives
- Hands-on experience with SCIF management and operations
- Hands on experience with SAPF management and operations
- Working knowledge of DISS, Scattered Castles, JADE, and ACS/IDS systems
- Completed COMSEC training and working knowledge of DIAS
- Experience with standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI with polygraph
