The Field Installation Technician will be responsible for installing small cashless hardware at various customer locations, kiosk installations, smart cooler installations, and full cabinetry build solutions.  This position requires significant travel with option to be home on weekends.   Cantaloupe will provide all necessary training.  

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Report to client facility each morning. 
• You will be provided with machine keys and a list of locations/machines where installations will be done. 
• Installing a wireless payment system into existing vending machines.
• Manage and update Machine control board on occasion.
• Record-keeping the serial number of each payment device or kiosk after installation.
• Inventory the micro market after completed replacement or installation.
• Train customer as necessary on kiosk solution.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• 95% Travel required.

• In addition to fieldwork, this role may involve providing support remotely during non-field hours. Technicians may be required to assist in the support department, addressing customer inquiries, providing remote troubleshooting, and contributing to overall team success.
