Rotational Development Program: IT - Salesforce DevOps

CATALYST, AGCO's global rotational program, is designed to offer you in-depth career experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas. You will be immersed in experiences that directly make a difference. CATALYST will offer you three 6-month rotations in Salesforce IT over a total of 18 months to build up knowledge the CRM field, our Salesforce portfolio, the Salesforce development process in addition to essential business and soft skills. Upon successful completion of the program, the Salesforce expert will have career opportunity in AGCO’s Salesforce technical group. Your Impact

• As part of the CATALYST, you will interact and work with other CATALYST trainees from different functions, such as data analytics, sales and marketing, engineering, IT, etc., to build up a professional network that will benefit the rest of your career.
• The program also includes group development activities, continual education, mentorship, professional development workshop, and more.
• You will be part of a global, customer-centric team of Salesforce experts who are passionate about improving customer experiences with the aim of placing the best possible tools in the hands of our customers, dealers, and employees.
• The successful candidate will contribute to our Salesforce IT development process and gain experience in Salesforce related activities.
• Travel Requirement: <15% for meetings, trainings, rotations, and events during program

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

Required

• Legally authorized to work in the United States – no visa sponsorship
• Fluency in English

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in IT support processes
• Knowledge of structured data formats
• Familiarity with relational databases
• Experience in any development environment
• Experience in Salesforce
