Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists is looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to lead our team at our growing clinic in Leslie, Michigan.  The ideal candidate enjoys making connections with people, motivating, and inspiring them to achieve results both as a leader and as a patient caregiver. This position requires strong initiative and self-direction while working with and through people.  You will be responsible for a variety of tasks with a need to be proactive.  There will be opportunities to work at a faster than average pace and effectively delegate when necessary.  At times you will be initiating new processes that will often require training and developing others and enlisting their support for the change.  The core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.

Requirements

Main responsibilities include:

• Staff connection through ongoing communication, quarterly 1-on-1 meetings, and holding direct reports accountable.  Fostering connection of staff to other locations and corporate.

• Acting as a role model while providing excellent, fitness forward patient care that helps patients achieve their functional goals.

• Maintaining appropriate staffing through hiring and establishing work schedules to meet the needs of patients.

• Developing and monitoring key metrics for clinic success.  Monitoring KPIs of reporting staff.

• Handling of internal and external customer service concerns.

• Training staff on desired behaviors, core processes, safety procedures, and compliance standards.

• Regularly engaging in the community seeking out opportunities to be visible and promote our services.

• Attending meetings and communicating with key referral sources.

• Maintaining facility in accordance with compliance standards, ensuring everything is clean and all equipment is in working order.
