SUMMARY
The Receptionist provides high-level administrative and clerical support to the executive team. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently. In addition, this role serves as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming experience for both guests and coworkers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for answering the telephones and transferring calls throughout all company locations as needed.
- Ensure messages and information are passed to the correct people in a timely manner.
- Pickup mail every morning from Miller Road post office.
- Open, date stamp, sort and route mail.
- Copy, fax and file information as needed for the company.
- Generate memos, correspondence and other documents on computer when required.
- Monitor staff whereabouts with electronics tools provided.
- Inventory office supplies in copy room and order supplies for company as needed.
- Work closely with miscellaneous employees on various tasks using Microsoft Office applications.
- Keep work information confidential.
- Must be able to interact in person with peers and the public.
- Must be able to handle high stress situations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
