Job Description

• Shape and strategically drive simultaneously 8+ high priority projects in the Open Source and Research Team. 
• Directly support Dynatrace’s Chief Technology Strategist in all tactical and strategic topics (roadmap, cross functional collaboration, technology partnerships, team development). 
• Represent Dynatrace in foundations and open source projects.  
• Own the delivery success of strategic projects. 
• Shape bleeding-edge technology solution. 
• Drive customer-centric innovation.  

Qualifications

• Proven track record of bringing new products to the market. 
• Strong engineering and product background. 
• Proven skills to succeed in a large distributed environment. 
• Experience in working in open source environment. 
• Deep technical understanding of latest cloud and security technologies.  
• Ability to switch between hands-on support and strategic tasks.  
• Ability to handle multiple (8+) topics in parallel.  
• Experience in preparing materials for executive levels.  
• Mentoring engineering/product leaders.

Compensation and rewards 

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
