Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li> <li>Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications using C# programming language and SQL database.</li> <li>Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support.</li> <li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.</li> <li>Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need to succeed:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science of other computer related disciplines. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.</li> <li>5+ years' experience in IT and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience developing custom applications and integrations using C# programming language.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in web development using Microsoft technologies.</li> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing custom applications and integrations using .Net standard, .Net core frameworks, C#, MVC, Web API, aspx Web forms, and REST API.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in handling Microsoft SQL server databases using ADO.net, Entity Framework, and writing efficient and complex SQL queries.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in designing front-end applications using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.</li> <li>Experience configuring and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions.</li>
