For our new Supply Chain Planning Team in Warsaw (Poland) we are looking for

 

Active Ingredients Senior Supply Planner

 

Your role is to review and upgrade the Demand/Supply Balanced Plan generated by the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Solver. This role specifically develops Global Active Ingredients Supply Plan for the entire 36* month planning horizon. You collaborate with Formulations Master schedulers and Supply Planners on operational planning issues.

 

 

What you do with us

 

• Rreview and upgrade the Demand/Supply Balanced Plan generated by the IBP Supply Solver once the final consensus demand plan is released to Supply Planning,
• Use scenarios to evaluate alternate supply solutions as the planners develop a feasible procurement, production, and materials distribution plan
• Identify options not accounted for by the system, including identifying and escalating potential risks on raw materials, production or capacity constrains in the supply chains (e.g., expedited delivery, additional labor)
• Review system differences, demand changes, potential risks in close collaboration with the region
• Develop and submit inventory forecast for at least next 12 rolling month and manage allocation/tight supply process of impacted portfolios when necessary

 

 Your qualification

 

• Bachelor`s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management
• Advanced Supply Chain or Project Management Certification preferred
  (CSCP, CPIM, CPM)
• 8+ years of experience in multiple areas that would include time spent in functional supply chain role as well as manufacturing, procurement, finance, or another business function in a multi-national environment
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• ERP experience is required (SAP preferred)
• Direct experience in a planning role along with advanced planning system experience required
