Your new responsibilities

• Understand the market and how a distributor drives his business, utilizing this knowledge to support business growth in Mass market
• Continuous improvement of operational process and procedures to ensure best-in-class sales support and ease of doing business
• Define, implement, and monitor Global key KPI for a smooth and efficient operation worldwide
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Executive relationships
• Become a strategic business partner to the sales team
• Ensure a work environment driven by mutual respect and a focus of shared goals
• Ensure team compliance to published Company policies, procedures, and standards

What we look for

• University degree on Master Level in Business Administration or Engineering
• 10 years experience in Operations and 5 years+ experience in Distribution (ideally working at a electronic components Distributor) in a multi-cultural environment
• Real-word experience implementing digital methods that support the customer design in process
• Ability to simplify complex information and cascade them effectively up and down the organization
• Strong analytical aptitude quickly grasping complex issues
• Resourceful problem solver with the ability to bridge organizational silos across different cultures
• Effective communicator with expert-level PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
