Senior CRM Specialist - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

We are looking for a/an Senior CRM Specialist  to join our Marketing team for the Chemtech Division to support the continuous improvement, training, documentation, and user support of Sulzer’s CRM system by translating business needs into effective CRM solutions. 

 

Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

• Boost CRM user satisfaction by fostering a network of CRM champions, creating clear documentation, and offering second-level user support.
• Drive CRM adoption across the organization by guiding users on how to fully leverage CRM functionalities.
• Ensure high-quality feature rollouts through thorough testing, timely feedback to developers, and alignment with business needs.
• Support strategic CRM initiatives to enhance business value, data quality, and customer feedback, including bug fixing and quick-win execution.
• Continuously improve the CRM system by identifying and implementing enhanced features based on user and business feedback.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 "under the hood"
• Business understanding, in particular of sales processes
• Ability to work with different cultures around the globe
• Experience in training and software documentation
• Excellent analytical skills, logical thinking
