Our Digital Aftermarket Services department is looking for a
Intern Digital Aftermarket Services (m/f/d)
Our Digital Aftermarket Service team develops and supports the digital lifecycle solutions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and enable aftermarket growth. We are responsible for the warranty extension program, parts e-commerce platform, inspection lists and for retrofitting machinery with connected solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation and update of the EXPERT CHECK inspection lists. Manage translations and contribute to process amelioration.
- Development of a regional digital aftermarket services reporting dashboard & support definition of OKR.
- Support extended warranty team with pricing, new machine series implementation, reporting.
- Creation and delivery of training material for digital aftermarket services tools.
What Skills You Need:
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are desirable.
- Structured and organized working approach – project management skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerBI and tableau or willingness and capacity to learn it fast.
- Understanding of the aftermarket business is desirable.
