We are looking to hire an Implementation Lead immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview:

The Implementation Manager is tasked with ensuring the successful execution of transformative initiatives and projects across functions. They drive user adoption, minimize resistance to change, and oversee the human aspect of change management to achieve desired business outcomes. Additionally, they communicate with key stakeholders regarding updated cross-functional capabilities and their impact on operational practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive User Adoption and Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to promote widespread acceptance and usage of new initiatives, facilitating a smooth transition for employees and maximizing project benefits.

  • Coordinate and Execute Transformative Initiatives: Lead the successful implementation of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to enhance operational efficiency and processes, ultimately contributing to desired business outcomes.

  • Manage Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear and consistent communication channels with key stakeholders to relay updates on cross-functional capabilities, fostering transparency and aligning expectations regarding changes to ways of working.

  • Mitigate Resistance to Change: Proactively identify and address resistance to change by engaging and supporting employees throughout the transformation, fostering a positive organizational culture that embraces change and ensuring successful project outcomes.

  • Achieve Project Goals: Apply disciplined planning, organization, and resource management to achieve project goals and objectives, ensuring successful project completion.

  • Support Employee Capability Building: Contribute to the organization's capability-building strategy, aiding in the development of employee skills and competencies.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in change management-centric roles
  • Understanding of enterprise data sources to enhance visibility of top losses
  • Familiarity with generating reports using Business Intelligence tools such as SAP Hana and Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems, multitask, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficient in executing and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain, Finance, and Business acumen
  • Knowledge of the latest industry developments
  • Strong business perspective, capable of merging business questions/needs with available data to provide data-driven insights
  • Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of leading others in problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Fluent in English
