Accounts Payable Specialist

Performs processing of accounts payable and patient refunds, corresponds with vendors, purchasing department and managers to ensure timely payment of invoices. 

Education – A.A. degree in accounting or related business field is preferred, or the equivalent with accounting courses and or experience.

Experience – Five years of experience in accounting-related field required.

Licensure/Certification – N/A

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities – Knowledge of excel or spreadsheet software required. Good oral and written communication skills required. Experience with ORACLE or similar ERP systems a major plus.  Courses and/or experience in data processing operation preferred.
